I founded Glisten Girls Fitness in 2007. I'm a Master Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness biz over 19 years. I had the honor of being selected 1 of 16 people out of 800 by my former company to be a Fitness Ambassador for 2010 Winter Olympics. I'm a former Professional Sports Model who has worked for top brands such as NIKE, REEBOK, and ADIDAS in print work, billboards, & national commercials. Most people remember me from my days of playing SLAM DUNK on W.O.W.: Women of Wrestling which aired nationally on Saturday nights. I'm now a PROUD mom and wife who believes that no matter how busy you get in life, there's ALWAYS time to take care of YOU by incorporating fitness into both you & your family's life. I love training clients one on one, teaching my INTENSE Boot camps, and working with sports teams.
I also love fashion & own a Fitness Clothing Line: GLISTEN GIRLS... because WOMEN DON'T SWEAT WE GLISTEN! I'm a direct & honest person who respects someone's wish & desire to live a life they never knew they could or be a size they always dreamed of by KEEPING IT SIMPLE...FITNESS IS FUN!
I will only train clients who want serious results and I have the track record for getting them there!
