An opportunity to work with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer from YOUR home location...no matter where you live.

For a low monthly cost of only $99 (plus processing fee), you get:

A 4 week CUSTOMIZED workout program designed for your (the client) needs and fitness goal.
One (1) 30 minute phone consultation "check in with trainer" each week (this time can be used to ask questions regarding your workout plan, nutrition, and/or the progress of your workouts)
Email access to contact your trainer about your progress on a daily basis
NO CONTRACTS...You get the freedom of a month to month membership payable via Paypal.
FAMISHA will contact you for your first phone consultation within 24 hours of your purchase so be sure to list your best contact number.

**Note: A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE will be assessed for ALL returned checks. No exceptions.**
